New 5 year parts and labor warranty on all Response Audio
products
Response Audio has been custom modifying and producing exclusive products
for almost 13 years with thousands of products in the field. During this
time, products requiring warranty service has only been averaging 2-3
annually. Audio equipment is not a simple purchase rather an investment of
your hard earned money and we want you to be as confident in our products as
we are.
In addition to our new warranty policy, we are offering a free
"tune-up" service at 2.5 years. What this means is that half way through the
warranty period, you are welcome to send your product back to us for a full
once over (bench and system test) to assure everything is still working as
originally designed. A return authorization form will have to filled out and
the sales receipt must also be supplied.
Response Audio / Bella Extreme is now offering a
5 year parts and labor warranty
on all of our products including modified products and
modifications on products send in by consumers.

* Musica Bella 'Purity' stereo tube amplifier
* Musica Bella 'Musicale' dual mono preamps
* Musica Bella 'Musicale Phono' preamplifier
* Musica Bella 'Musicale' mono bloc tube amplifiers
* Musica Bella 'Purity' tube linestage
* Extreme ASL Hurricane and Monsoon mono bloc amplifiers
Modification services: The 5 year warranty will apply to all modification
services mentioned on this website. The warranty on these services does not
cover faulty original parts. (Example: CD player transport, tube amp
transformers, loudspeaker drivers, etc.)
* All Jolida modifications including the Custom JD100 CD player
* All Antique Sound Lab product modifications
* Extreme Adagio loudspeaker upgrades
* Custom GR Research OB-5/OB-7 crossovers
* Audio Note Kit assembly services
* Ming-Da MC-7
Excluded:
1) Any and all retail products - these maintain normal manufacturer's
warranty
2) any custom one-off modifications. These will maintain our 1 year
warranty.
3) Any product that has been opened or tampered with in any way.

further information shortly.
