Due to the current state of the economy, many of our
suppliers were out of stock on many of the materials we use, not
responding to order inquiries and/or very slow in shipping
supply/parts orders. This led to a severe bottleneck in our scheduling
and maintaining prompt turnaround times throughout 2009.
We have already done our
homework and found new sources to replace these suppliers as
well as working with other suppliers to get delivery times and
communication back to acceptable terms.
We now have all our
supplier issues straightened out and now working on getting our
benches cleared. Our first priority is our customers and we will do
whatever we can to get product out the door as quickly as
possible.
For all orders that have
been on our benches for some time now, we are working very hard
to get everything done, tested and shipped as soon as possible
and start 2010 fresh and on track.
In addition to personally
doing all manufacturing work, modifications and custom builds, I
also have to tend to private auditions, answer the phones, run
the business, keep up with daily paperwork and also keep up with
new technologies and designs that will appear in future products
and/or modifications. I am the only one who does all the
modifications and stretched pretty thin right now and I
apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing those
currently awaiting their new products or modifications. .
The most important thing I want all of you to know, is that I
always work to get orders done in a timely matter and
with the same level of quality and performance that Response
Audio is known for. I will never compromise the quality of my
work even if it means a delay.
For those who are interested
in having modification work performed or ordering one of our
exclusive products or systems, please do not hesitate to give me
a call to discuss your needs and turnaround times. All orders
are taken on a first come, first serve basis and must be
scheduled to assure on time delivery. I have to ask at this
time that you do not ship any products to me without prior
notice. I am once again starting to receive unannounced
products at my door step and running out of room on the shelves.
Unscheduled products that arrive will be placed at the bottom of
the schedule with no promises on turnaround times.
