Response Audio was among
the first to start offering commercial upgrades to tube gear and has
been offering upgrades and modifications to tube products and
loudspeakers for over 12 years now. There are those out there that
do not believe in the use of high quality components, such as
premium capacitors, critical resistors and quality wire but our 10+
year track record and consumer feedback has never been less than
spectacular. Response Audio has several hundred modified products
now in the consumer market with pieces rarely coming up on the used

Yes, some of our
upgrades are expensive such as those for the Antique Sound Lab
Monsoon and Hurricane amplifiers but once you see the quality of the
parts we use and the extensive work involved, you will understand
why they cost what they do. Once you hear these pieces, there is no
turning back. We have dozens of EXtreme Hurricane and Monsoon
amplifiers producing beautiful music in consumers homes and to date,
not a single case of buyer's remorse.
