SCHEDULING & TURNAROUND TIMES

Our apologies for current delays in assembly and modification work. Due to the current state of the economy, many of our suppliers have been out of stock on many of the materials we use, not responding to order inquiries and/or very slow in shipping supply/parts orders.

We are now in the process of finding new sources to replace some of these suppliers as well as working with other suppliers to get delivery times and communication back to acceptable terms.

We hope to have all these delay issues straightened out as soon as possible to get our delivery dates back on track.

Until things get back on track, we can not guarantee turnaround times on many custom products.

Products not effected by supplier issues:

• Musica Bella SG Series and MB Series cables.

Please note every Bella EXtreme product and modification found throughout this website is custom built to order on a first come, first serve basis. Spring and summer is our busiest time for custom work so please plan your orders accordingly.

Rather than give individual times, I thought it would be a better idea to indicate what is currently on the benches and provide a "next build date" which is an approximate date when the next custom order will be scheduled to go on the bench. Those items shown with a STRIKETHROUGH have been completed and currently running in test systems or have been sent along to their new home.

Be advised that this list does not include our Musica Bella OEM production work.

Next build date - CALL. This is the approximate date we can start the next custom order.

In addition to personally doing all modifications and custom builds, I also have to tend to private auditions, answer the phones, run the business, keep up with daily paperwork and also keep up with new technologies and designs that will appear in future products and/or modifications.  I am the only one who does all the modifications and stretched pretty thin right now and I apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing those currently awaiting their new products or modifications. .

The most important thing I want all of you to know, is that I always work to get modifications done in a timely matter and with the same level of quality and performance that Response Audio is known for.  I will never compromise the quality of my work even if it means a slight delay.

For those who are interested in having modification work performed or ordering one of our exclusive products or systems, please do not hesitate to give me a call to discuss your needs and turnaround times. All orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis and must be scheduled to assure on time delivery. I have to ask at this time that you do not ship any products to me without prior notice. I am once again starting to receive unannounced products at my door step and running out of room on the shelves. Unscheduled products that arrive will be placed at the bottom of the schedule with no promises on turnaround times.
