Having spent over 12 years in the audio industry, Response Audio has been constantly searching for what we believe to be that perfect sound. Well guess what, it doesn't exist.

Musica Bella SG Series cables will most likely go against everything you have ever read in the big magazines about how a cable should be designed. Here at Response Audio, we are not ones to follow trends and be like everyone else. The Musica Bella SG Series cables are constructed using a unique, time consuming process and are designed to bring forth all the detail and air that your equipment is capable of delivering.

We have been listening to 'manufactured' cables for more than 15 years and have represented some of the finest cables on the market since Response Audio was establish in 1996. The problem is that we found almost every cable was acting as a tone control negatively effecting the presentation in one way or another and acting as a band-aid for unmatched systems.

The SG Series is the reference cable that we use to evaluate the fidelity of our exclusive products as well as in the reference systems throughout our facility.

The Musica Bella SG Series are a no compromise solution offering crystal clear highs, clean and articulate midrange and rock solid, fast tight bass. Tube amp owners will especially enjoy the cable's abilities to allow the richness and realism of tubes to shine through. Highly recommended for high end, high definition tube gear but also just as much at home in a high definition solid state system.

The SG Series cables are very honest cables bringing out the fullest potential, good or bad, your system has to offer. If you have a system that is not well matched or can be a bit overly aggressive, the SG cables will let you know. The SG Series are so clean, accurate and detailed, they make for an excellent cable to be used in recording studio environments allowing the recording engineer to hear every bit of detail before and after the recording process.

SG SERIES moves up a few notches and utilizes Silver/Gold for the returns as well. Signal transfer wire is 99.99% pure 24AWG solid core Silver/Gold.

SG SERIES BALANCED utilizes 100% Silver/Gold signal transfer wire and terminated with the highest quality Neutrik Silver XLR connectors.

SG DIGITAL - utilizes multiple solid core Silver/Gold positive signal carriers and solid core OFC Copper returns.

Musica Bella SG Series single ended interconnects utilize high quality, low mass high purity Eichmann connectors.

 

 

Proven noise canceling Litz tri-braid geometry enclosed in a 11mil Carbonized Nylon infused braided polyethylene jacket further helps to effectively eliminates RF and EMI noise as well as help prevent static charges from becoming a problem in your system allowing only the most subtle details to shine through.

This carbonized Nylon infused polyethylene jacket utilizes a patented carbonization process which infuses braided sleeving with a microscopic carbon compound that is virtually indistinguishable from the base material. The result is a strong, long lasting jacket that is ready for the most sensitive applications.

All connectors are chemically treated with Caig® ProGold enhancer, preservative and conditioner.

Musica Bella SG Series interconnect cables are not directional but it is always recommended to maintain the same direction on cables once they have been burned in. Please be sure to keep the 'printed' end of the cable upstream. Example: when using the SG interconnect between CD player and preamp, printed end would be located at the CD player and at the preamp if using between preamp and amplifier(s).

Digital: The SG24 Series cables are also well suited for digital cables to be used between CD transports and a DAC. Despite contrary belief that a 75 ohm or 110 ohm (AES-EBU) must be used for such an application, listening test clearly show and confirm that the digital signal is more sensitive to cable loss rather than impedance or capacitance. For this reason, we have come up with a design specifically for use as a digital cable to be used between your CD transport and DAC. The SG 24 Digital is our reference cables used between our Audio Note CDT Two MKII transport and Audio Note Custom 2.1 Deluxe DAC.

 Due to fluctuating economy prices with Copper, Silver and Gold, prices may fluctuate. Oil and Gold is just going crazy and not much we can do about this.
