From Shenda Sound, a KT88 based 60 watt amplifier that excels in resolution, depth and low end response and bass control.  This is the kind of performance that you would expect on a modern tube amp.  Immediately from its appearance, one cannot help but note the cylindrical transformer containers that house the trannies in shielded, protected steel case. The platform of the 801s is solid steel as well as the decorative silver and black front end.

To further compliment the push pull circuit, two 6SN7 tubes and one 12AX7 tubes act as input and drivers.  Bias is easily accomplished on the Shenda 801s by using the unique “guide lights” that turn on if the bias needs adjustment.  This is the optimal way to achieve bias as an amp should never continuously bias or adjust itself due to the high amount of distortion that this would introduce.

The Shenda 801s has numerous features.  In addition to the bias guides, the Shenda 801S has a stand by switch, four inputs,full function remote, soft start, soft start mute and an auto protection circuit that give will give it long life and good maintenance without interfering with it's outstanding sonic presentation.

Introduce the Platinum upgrade and you bring the level of performance up several notches. As good as the Shenda 801S sounds untouched, you will be in sonic heaven with the Platinum.

Platinum Series Shenda 801S SoniCap Platinum Teflon capacitors installed in the signal path - 4 pieces SoniCap signal ground capacitors used in signal stage.- 2 pieces "Little Devil" 1 watt, 1% Carbon resistors utilized in the grid stopper location. These combine the transparency of a good metal film with the warmth of a good vintage carbon composition resistor without the noise and drift. High quality DALE WW resistors replacing the Tube emitter cushion resistors.  Power supply filter capacitors upgraded to higher capacitance/low ESR pieces (x4 pieces) Sonicap high voltage capacitors used as bypass units in the power supply Dale/Vishay 1 watt 1% non-magnetic resistors used throughout the signal path. We have chosen to replace all original 1/2 watt pieces with the 1 watt pieces for a quieter operation. To guarantee unsurpassed performance,  we use Reference Grade Teflon capacitors, top quality resistors for individual locations, Dale/Vishay 1 watt, 1% Metal Film resistors throughout the signal path, high purity 24 awg copper wire for signal inputs,  Fairchild "Ultra Fast-Soft Recovery" diodes, upgraded power supply filter capacitors, and much more!!. Please remember each amplifier is custom built and they take time to manufacture, but I assure you they are well worth the wait.
